When is the best time to order my stationery?
Ideally, wedding invitations should be sent to guests around two or three months before the big day, so we recommend placing your order at least three or four months in advance to ensure you have time to enjoy the design process.
How many invitations do I need?
It is always advisable to order around 15% more than you think you need. Keep in mind that reprints are more expensive than ordering extras to begin with.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Turnaround is generally less than three weeks, depending on the size of the order. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders - don't panic, get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
Are envelopes included?
Yes. All standard Cool & Co. Wedding Invitations and Thank-You Cards come with Kraft envelopes. RSVP postcards and information cards are posted within the invitation envelope.
What is proofing?
Once your design is complete, we will send you a PDF proof so you can carefully check it for misspellings and typos. We can make as many changes as you need, but once you sign off, you are taking full responsibility for all design and typographical elements of your invitations. We don't print without your full approval.
Can you create a design I have in mind?
Yes! Cool & Company specialises in custom design. We love a challenge so don't hesitate to get in touch and tell us about your dream wedding stationery suite.
How do I pay for my Cool & Co. stationery?
We ask for the design fee to be lodged in our account before we begin design. Once you are 100% happy and sign off on your final proof, the balance is paid and we ship your order.
How much will my delivery cost?
Once your order is filled, we will be in touch to organise delivery. The cost of delivery varies depending on the size of your order.
